March 30, 2007, Newsletter Issue #167: Set Time Limits

Tip of the Week

Have a time limit established for each subject you plan on covering during the meeting. If time is up and you still have more to say on the subject - mark where you left off. If you have time at the end of the meeting to discuss it, go ahead and pick up where you left off. If you donīt - cover it at the next meeting - or send an addendum later.
